Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. All references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with the terms of a specific promotion, game, or supplementary policy published on jz387, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that specific matter only, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other matters. jz387 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on jz387, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged 18 and above only are permitted on jz387.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual natural person may hold only one registered Account on jz387. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided to jz387 must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion period on jz387 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Own Funds: You must be depositing and wagering your own legally obtained funds. Using funds belonging to another person, or funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Security

Registering an Account on jz387 is free of charge. To complete registration, you must provide a valid username, password, and contact details as prompted during the jz387 registration flow. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your jz387 Account and must not share it with any other person. jz387 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. • Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other activities conducted through your Account, whether or not those activities were authorised by you. • Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accurate. jz387 uses these details to deliver transaction confirmations, security alerts, and important platform notifications. jz387 is not liable for losses arising from failure to receive communications due to outdated contact details.
• Account Inactivity: An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. jz387 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts. You will be notified at the email address on file before any fee is applied. No fee will reduce an Account balance below zero.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on jz387 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jz387 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your card issuer directly.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be held until the cumulative pending amount reaches the minimum threshold, unless the Account is being closed.

• Withdrawal Method Matching: jz387 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: winnings derived from deposits made via bKash must first be withdrawn to bKash, up to the value of the original deposit. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via your preferred available method.
• Prohibited Sources: Deposits funded from illegal sources, stolen payment instruments, or funds belonging to a third party will result in immediate Account suspension, full forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.
• Currency: All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, stakes, and winnings are denominated exclusively in BDT. jz387 does not accept or convert foreign currencies at the point of deposit.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jz387 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below and any additional conditions published alongside the specific promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonus Eligibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. • Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue as stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per single wager is ৳500 unless jz387 explicitly states a higher limit for a specific promotion. Stakes exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of all related bonus winnings.
• No Retroactive Bonus Changes: jz387 will not alter the wagering requirements of a bonus after it has been credited to a Player's Account. Any changes to bonus terms apply prospectively to new bonus issuances only.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jz387, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jz387 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, entitling jz387 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account and forfeit any outstanding balance:

• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language toward jz387 Support staff or other players — whether in live chat, email, or any other channel — is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fabricated identity documents during KYC verification is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using jz387 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity — or to layer, place, or integrate illegally obtained money — is prohibited. jz387 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to access jz387 during an active self-exclusion period, from a restricted jurisdiction, or using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or identity is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Game Rules, Fairness & Disputes

All games available on jz387 — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and the general principles set out in this Article. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game result or settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jz387 Support via live chat or email at [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant game round or bet settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. jz387's internal dispute resolution decision is final in the first instance.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

Either you or jz387 may close an Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Where an Account is closed voluntarily by a Player with a positive real-money balance, jz387 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the Player's last verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

• Voluntary Closure by Player: To request voluntary Account closure, contact jz387 Support via live chat. Before closure is confirmed, any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be removed. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Please note that voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, self-exclusion (available in Account Settings) is the recommended tool, as it includes additional safeguards against re-registration.
• Closure by jz387 for Breach: jz387 may immediately suspend or permanently close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering, jz387 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance and to pursue civil and criminal remedies as applicable.
• Closure Due to Regulatory Requirements: jz387 may be required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority to suspend, freeze, or close Accounts without prior notice. In such circumstances, jz387 will comply with the relevant obligation and, where lawfully permitted, will notify the affected Player as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Effect of Termination: Upon closure of an Account for any reason, all unused Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud or AML investigation. These Terms & Conditions survive Account closure in respect of any rights, obligations, or liabilities arising prior to the date of closure.
